Applicants should demonstrate an awareness of and sensitivity to the educational goals of a multicultural population as might have been gained in cross-cultural study, training, teaching and other comparable experience. Preferred qualifications include strong record of teaching excellence, experience teaching research methods, and a record of service Responsibilities: The successful applicant will teach undergraduate courses in research methods and their specialty areas, and develop courses in their specialty areas. Other teaching related duties include General Education and program assessment. Other responsibilities include maintaining an active research agenda and participating in service and governance activities appropriate to rank. Candidate must demonstrate awareness and experience understanding the needs of a student population of great diversity- in age, cultural background, ethnicity, primary language and academic preparation - through inclusive course materials, teaching strategies and advisement.
