Aboriginal Governance Program
Tenure-track position in Aboriginal Governance
The Aboriginal Governance Program of The University of Winnipeg invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Aboriginal Governance.
Applicants should possess specialization in one or more of the following areas: post-colonial research methodologies, indigenous self-governance, indigenous politics, (Canadian and/or international), indigenous environmental knowledge, indigenous health and community development and/or indigenous cultures and histories.
The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants must
have a PhD in hand, or be close to completion. Teaching experience at the university
level is essential. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to both research and undergraduate teaching.
