NAISA membership is handled by the University of Minnesota Press, as the publisher of our journal, Native American & Indigenous Studies. Volume 1 #1 is being planned for release in Spring 2014. For more information click on "Journal" to the above.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a lag time between signing up for membership and gaining member access to the website. Currently, the website member list is updated on Tuesday and Friday of each week; daily during elections.

MEMBER ACCESS TO NAISA.ORG WEBSITE:
NEW MEMBER: use email address used to sign up as member to set up NAISA.org user account. If you use different email addresses to sign up as member and to set up user account on naisa.org you will not be recognized.
RENEWAL MEMBER: If your email address has changed since you first set up your naisa.org user account, the naisa.org system will create a new user account with the new email address that you most recently used to renew membership at the U of MN Press. Please use the newest U of MN Press/member email address to log in to naisa.org as a member. To obtain a password go to: http://naisa.org/login/forgot-password.html

INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS
If you are having difficulty signing up for membership with an out-of-US credit card, the Univ. of Minnesota Press advises: please be sure that the address and phone number entered in the "Billing Address" matches the address and phone number associated with the credit card. The UMP payment system is very particular about having a precise match between the billing address you provide and the address associated with the credit card. Go the far top right-hand corner of the Home Page and click on "Log In." Once you are logged in:
To create a blog, scroll down to the bottom of the right-hand column, and click on "Blog."
To post a job announcement, scroll down to the bottom of the right-hand column, click on "Create Content," and then click on "Create Job Posting."
